Angus T Jones Rant: Two and a Half Men Star Mentor Compares Obama to Hitler
Though Angus T. Jones, the 19-year-old star of CBS' popular sitcom Two and a Half Men has apologized since trashing his own show as "filth" and encouraging the audience "not to watch it," the controversy originated by the Jones' 'religious awakening' is far from over.
Much attention has been given to Jones' meltdown, with reports of a supposed Two and a Half Men curse and even former — and disgraced — protagonist Charlie Sheen weighing in to blame the show's creator, Chuck Lorre, for the young star's "emotional tsunami."
However, little attention has been given to Jones 'spiritual mentor,' the man who appears along the Two and a Half Men young star in the bizarre video: Christopher Hudson.
Only, HuffPo has reported on Hudson, the host of the controversial online religious show Forerunner Chronicles, which is supposedly linked to the Voice of Prophecy Seventh-Day Adventist Church in Los Angeles, California — the place where Jones worships.
According to HuffPo, the Forerunner Chronicles YouTube page features a variety of videos — dating back to 2007 — in which Hudson discusses a number of conspiracy theories which include:
— Jay-Z's "Blueprint" albums reveal a satanic plot
— Beyonce is leading people away from Christ and toward accepting "all men of homosexual practices"
— Obama's healthcare plan makes him like Hitler
But, according to TMZ, this hasn't stopped Jones from befriending and admiring Hudson. "I love watching Forerunner Chronicles ... all the information is so great" and "[the] videos have no doubt been a blessing to me," reportedly said the Two and Half Men young star.
Now wonder, according to The Daily Mail, Jones' mother, Carey, thinks her son — who reportedly makes $8 million a year from his participation in the CBS sitcom — is being used. "'I'm concerned he's being exploited by the church," she told the British paper.
