Beyoncé Sings Whitney Houston's "I Will Always Love You" at Daughter Blue Ivy's School
Imagine having your mother not only chaperone the school dance, but also perform a number of iconic ballads, including Whitney Houston's "I Will Always Love You." Perhaps that wouldn't be so embarrassing — if you were Blue Ivy and your mother happened to be Beyoncé, of course.
Beyoncé attended the Center for Early Education's 75th Anniversary Gala in Los Angeles on Saturday, where it's rumored her and Jay Z's 4-year-old daughter Blue Ivy goes to school, though Entertainment Weekly reported Sunday that isn't confirmed. Donning a low-cut, glimmering Balmain dress with shiny gold zebra print — what most mothers would typically wear to school events, right? — Beyoncé performed a number of her greatest hits, from "XO" to "Crazy In Love," and even found time to fit in Houston's ballad.
Beyoncé's performance for the school, which Entertainment Weekly reported is a "socioeconomically and culturally diverse independent school for children," has been spreading across Instagram and Twitter.
