Weed Day is imminent, and while 420 enthusiasts would have no trouble celebrating even if the date weren't April 20, not everyone is quite as enlightened when it comes to the myriad ways one can consume marijuana. By tracking the frequency and ubiquity of search terms, Google Trends reveals which regions in the United States have the most trouble when it comes to cannabis — from rolling a joint, to huffing from a bowl, to curiosity about marijuana edibles.
In the same vein, Mississippians have trouble rolling a "blunt."
New Yorkers are really curious about bongs — which makes sense, considering all the head shops open for business.
People from Massachusetts might love their bowls of chowder, but they also need help packing their bowls.
Finally, Coloradans are not only curious about vaping, but they seem to monopolize searches for marijuana edibles — both searches are probably thanks to recreational marijuana being legal in the state.
In fact, many of the aforementioned states happen to have legalized marijuana for either medical or recreational use; Mississippi is the only outlier that still legally prohibits both.
