Watch a Street Performer Create a Beat by Throwing His Drum Sticks

Since the modern drum set was invented in the early 1900s, most drummers have been content to sit down and hold onto their sticks the entire time while playing.

A recent Rolling Stone article compiled a list of the 100 best drummers of all time. But we need something new.

Enter Fuman Musicoloco, a musical clown, whose street act was recently caught on film in Zaragoza, Spain, and shared on Jose Enguita's Facebook. His website lists his skills as "juggling with clubs, balancing acts on rollers, balancing acts whilst juggling" in addition to "music." He makes his beats standing, throwing drum sticks at a rack of tom toms while juggling. 

It's an incredible sight, and easily worthy of a spot on on the "100 Greatest Drummers" list. Watch the video below.
