VP Debate 2012: Schedule, Time, and Livestream

Impact

Last week's presidential debate energized the electorate on a number of fronts. Democrats who were already taking a victory lap were forced to put on the brakes. Republicans who were demoralized received a much needed boost in morale and encouragement. Because of this, the debates have taken on a new level of importance. Obama can't take another bad showing; Romney need only maintain momentum. The public will be watching closely.

As this Thursday brings on a new debate session, below are compiled the schedule of the remaining debates —including times, locations and topics.

Vice-Presidential Debate

Date: Thursday, October 11, from 9:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

Location:Centre College in Danville, Kentucky

Topic: Foreign and domestic policy.

Moderator: Martha Raddatz , ABC News' Senior Foreign Affairs Correspondent

Date: Tuesday, October 16, from 9:00 p.m. to 10:30 pm

Location: Hofstra University in Hempstead, New York

Topic: Foreign and domestic issues. Town Hall style meeting in which citizens can challenge the nominees on foreign and domestic issues.

3rd Presidential Debate

Date:Monday, October 22, from 9:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

Location: Lynn University in Boca Raton, Florida

Topic: Foreign policy.

Moderator: Bob Schieffer, CBS News' Chief Washington Correspondent
