Alabama credit union scene of Tuscaloosa hostage situation; suspect in custody

Authorities have arrested a suspect related to the hostage situation in a Tuscaloosa, Alabama bank One Credit Union, according to WBMA.
Tuscaloosa Police Department spokeswoman Teena Richardson said in a statement that no hostages were harmed.
Authorities told WBMA the situation did not appear to be the result of a robbery, saying the incident came in as a "gun call."
As the credit union is located across the street from University of Alabama School of Law, university officials had issued a campus alert.
