"CrankBerry Kevin," who promised not to cut his hair until BlackBerry 10 was launched is now cutting his hair when there are only minutes left to officially start the BlackBerry 10 Announcement.

Announcement starts: 

Thorsten Heins, CEO of RIM, has officially entered the stage at the BlackBerry 10 Experience in New York City. He's officially saluting the other cities where the event is being held simultaneously. Heins said the year prior to the launch of BlackBerry 10 as "exhilarating." He also said that he sees the new product as a great opportunity for RIM.
