State of the Union - Obama on the American Jobs Act

Only time will tell what his additional proposals are for creating additional jobs.  This piece of his speech has caused Joe Biden to laugh at this and the partisan divide continues with who stands after that piece of the speech.  Defecit reduction has to be an important piece of this term for Obama; however, long-term growth and stability of the economy is more important than just reducing the defecit.
