BIDEN LULZ OUT LOUD

Apparently Joe Biden thought this was hilarious. Shows how much he thinks of the 113th congress... or maybe he thinks Obama is just a really funny guy. Probably both!

The first mention of investments goes to STEM! Obama loves STEM and is optimistic about America's Energy capabilities.

Now for Climate Change! Middle of the speech. I'm liking the attention he's giving to a problem that does affect us all. 

Key Note: He is looking to his Cabinet to see what executive orders he can take. He is not waiting for Congress to combat the Climate. Also, it is pretty true that China is going all-in on renewable energy. I wonder if that will make people want to follow suit more or less...
