Obama's speech writers handicapped Rubio long before he began.

Obama co-opted Rubio's talking points pretty damn well. Rubio is attacking language that Obama never spoke, while repeating Obama's points.

For example, Rubio is attacking Obama's call for a larger government, when Obama actually called for a "smarter" government, then Rubio calls for more effective government.

That said, his delivery is great. This guy is charismatic, warm, and friendly. Showing why he is a strong contender for 2016.
