'Django Unchained' Wins Original Screenplay
Quentin Tarantino took home the Oscar for Best Original Screenplay for Django Unchained.
He then went on to thank presenter Dustin Hoffman in a rather awkward way, but this ceremony is plenty of those, so whatevs... I kind of wanted Zero Dark Thirty to win, but maybe it will fare better later in the ceremony? Here are the people Tarantino beat out. Are you surprised? I can't decide:
John Gatins, Flight
Mark Boal, Zero Dark Thirty
Michael Haneke, Amour
Wes Anderson and Roman Coppola, Moonrise Kingdom
