SXSW 2013: Cory Booker's "Social Mayor" Conversation

Cory Booker appeared at SXSW this week and gave a talk entitled "Cory Booker: New Media Politician." The Newark mayor is famous for using social media to communicate with both his constituents and the nation, and his popularity has skyrocketed as a result.

During the talk, widely praised as one of the festival's highlights, Booker covered topics ranging from co-founding the #Waywire social network to "reclaiming the soul of our politics." The above is an interview he did with Tech Crunch immediately following the talk.
