Winter Storm Ukko is here to remind us all New Yorkers, North easterners and Midwesterners, that winter is not over just yet. A mix of snow, sleet and rain started falling heavily on Monday afternoon. According to ABC AccuWeather, accumulations in the New York area will range from 1" to 3," increasing as Ukko goes inland to the western suburbs where it could reach as much as 6." As for temperatures, these will oscillate around the 30s. Temperatures might rise as the night progresses and the sleet might become heavy rain falling into Wednesday morning.
