Well this one's a head-scratcher. Manuel certainly has the athletic ability to run some pistol, which would give them more options inside the ten. The issue is value in this situation. The Bills made a good decision by trading down, but they could have traded out of the first round altogether if they were targeting Manuel. This puts lots of pressure on a young QB who ran hot and cold in Tallahassee.
