Tropical Storm Andrea: Watches and Warnings in Effect in Your Area

Tropical storm warning is in effect for the West Coast of Florida from Boca Grande to Ochlocknee River. A tropical storm warning means that tropical storm conditions are expected within 36 hours.

Tropical storm watch is in effect from Flagler Beach, FL, to Surf City, NC. A tropical storm watch means that tropical storm conditions are possible within 48 hours.

The National Weather Service said the main threat in Georgia is heavy rains and flooding. 

The Hurricane Center expects a storm surge of 2 to 4 feet near and to the south of where the center makes landfall to be the main threat in Florida. Flash flooding is also a concern.
