Who is Odin Lloyd?

The victim, 27 year-old Odin Lloyd, is a 5-foot-11, 215-pound linebacker for the semi-pro Boston Bandits. He was reportedly dating the sister of Hernandez’s girlfriend at the time of his murder.

He joined the Bandits with a group of friends from the John O'Bryant School of Math and Science in Roxbury in 2007. "He was a very personable player, always in a good mood," says Olivier Bustin, the team's head coach. "Never had a problem with him. Liked by teammates. A very good athlete."

Lloyd was found dead in North Attleborough, in an industrial park a half-mile from Hernandez's home.
