Require Domestic Health Care Companies to Publish Pricing

Require domestic companies to publish the price of their services and procedures to data.gov so that Americans can view those prices like a menu at a restaurant. If everyone knows that they can get a cheaper surgery 30 miles away they might price shop a little making services cheaper. Also, any outliers will easily be identified and the companies will have to adjust to stay competitive.
