Emma is a recent graduate of Dartmouth College, where she majored in History and minored in Geography. On campus, she was involved with STAND (a student anti-genocide coalition) and the Dartmouth Conflict Free Campus Initiative. She also served on the Dartmouth Advisory Committee for Investor Responsibility. As a Harry S. Truman Scholar, she is currently pursuing a research masters in Human Rights and Public Policy at University College London in 2013-2014, focusing her studies specifically on the rights of children in the midst of mass atrocities. She aspires to work with children in refugee camps worldwide.
