I am a full-time journalism at the University of Houston. I'm currently interning at the Houston Chronicle reporting on everything from elections to city crime. I've been lucky to travel the world which is an education in itself. I'm focused on international affairs and social issues. I'm an Iraq vet and hope to one day become a war correspondent. When I'm not writing or reading. you can find me playing a variety of sports. I'm also a member of the National Association of Hispanic Journalist.
