Pierre Hines is a Defense Council Member of the Truman National Security Project. After graduating from West Point, Pierre served as a tactical intelligence officer in the Army. As a Military Intelligence Captain, Pierre helped oversee technological programs at the U.S. Army Intelligence Center.
