Purnur Ilolova received her first professional degree as an Economist Financier with knowledge of Foreign Languages (Russian, Farsi/Dari, French and English) from the Technological University of Tajikistan and her BSc in Public Affairs from the School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University. She is passionate about Global Economic Policy and International Public Affairs.
