Rachel Gerber is a program officer in the Stanley Foundation’s Policy and Outreach Department where she is responsible for human protection programming. Prior to joining the foundation, she worked for UNHCR and the United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG) on issues related to refugee resettlement, UN system-wide coherence, interagency collaboration, and the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs).
