Fresh off visiting President Obama, McKayla Maroney and the "Fierce Five" gymnastics Olympic champions continued their post-London 2012 tour through health care centers and TV shows.

This time, Maroney, Gabby Douglas, Aly Raisman, Kyla Ross, and Jordyn Wieber appeared on the season finale of ABC's Dancing With the Stars (DWTS) to support fellow gymnast Shawn Johnson — a contestant of the show.

"I'm a bit emotional tonight," Johnson told USA Today. "But it means the world to me to have them out here," she added.

Johnson, who had planned to make it to the London Olympics but was derailed by a career-ending injury, explained she trained with the girls for three years -- only to be disappointed by the unexpected outcome. However, the former gymnast said having the Fierce Five dancing with them last night was "the best comeback."

Meanwhile, Maroney said the rest of the girls were "all very nervous" on Monday night before a national audience. "We wanted to do really well for Shawn. We knew it was the finals," said Maroney. "But we got a perfect 10. For a gymnast to get a perfect 10. It was amazing."
