Golden Globes Winners: Anne Hathaway!

Culture

Anne Hathaway just won the supporting actress for Les Miserables (comedy/musical).  I loved her acceptance speech. It was classy, funny and gracious (unlike Jennifer Lawrence's).

It's no wonder that this movie is such a hit with the masses--live singing.

This is Hathaway's first Golden Globe after two other nominations ("Rachel Getting Married" and "Love & Other Drugs"). Her competition included Sally Field for "Lincoln," Helen Hunt for "The Sessions," Amy Adams for "The Master," and Nicole Kidman for "The Paperboy." Some stiff competition. Sally Field is also amazing playing the role of Mary Todd- Lincoln's wife...Awesome.

Winners all around: Gabby Douglas and Anne Hathaway:

This just gets more odder. Quentin Tarintino wins for Best Screenplay (Django Unchained). Even he, himself was surprised...
