Elaine is a junior in the Georgetown University School of Foreign Service, majoring in International History with a concentration in revolutions and issues of democratic transition in modern Russia and China. Her interests range from education policy to Sino-American relations to Russian literature. She is currently studying abroad at Saint Petersburg State University.
