Karen has been a professional writer for over a decade, getting her start by helping launch the website HelloGiggles back in 2011. She was previously a writer on Bustle’s Lifestyle team and has also contributed to sites such as LittleThings, Scary Mommy, and Romper. She graduated from Millersville University of Pennsylvania, majoring in Broadcasting with a minor in Print Media Studies, and was heavily involved with the campus radio station, WIXQ.
